I'm still figuring it out too.

I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember. Scattered thoughts. Plans that go nowhere. Days that feel heavier than they should. The kind of internal noise that makes everything harder than it looks from the outside.

I'm not writing this as someone who has it figured out. I'm writing it as someone who's in it — moving forward anyway, imperfectly, one day at a time.

If your mind races at 2am. If you start things and struggle to finish them. If you feel like you're always a few steps behind who you're supposed to be — this is for you. Not to fix you. Just so you know someone else feels it too.
